My passion for fitness started during an internship while earning my bachelor’s degree, where I realized that helping others achieve their health goals was my true calling. From that moment, I committed myself to learning everything I could to provide my clients with the most science-based and up-to-date training methods.
After nearly a decade of focusing and refining my skills—particularly with middle-aged and senior clients—I’m proud to have launched my own personal training business. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier life, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
